DELIVERY WITHIN UKRAINE

Orders within Ukraine are delivered by Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta. You can collect your order at any Nova Poshta branch or parcel locker, at a Ukrposhta branch, or choose courier delivery to your address.

• Orders shipped via Nova Poshta are dispatched within 1–3 business days.
• Orders shipped via Ukrposhta are dispatched three times per week — on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Orders placed on Friday and during the weekend are shipped on Monday.

Once your parcel has been shipped, you will receive an SMS notification with the tracking number, which you can use to collect your order. If you plan to pick up your parcel at a Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta branch, please remember to bring a valid
ID.

Your parcel will be stored at the branch for 7 days (excluding the day of arrival). If the parcel is not collected within this period, it will be returned to us.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We offer worldwide
elivery to all countries serviced by Ukrposhta or Nova Poshta courier networks (except Russia and Belarus). The minimum order amount for international delivery is 1500 UAH. The buyer is responsible for the shipping cost, according to the carrier’s tariffs.

PAYMENT

You can pay for your order:

• online on the website using a bank card, or
• via cash on delivery at the courier service branch.

For online payments, you can use the secure online payment system. You will be redirected to the payment provider’s page, where you can complete the payment by following the instructions and filling out the required form.
