EXCHANGE AND RETURNS

If you accidentally mixed up items in your order or found damaged goods when unpacking your package, please let us know.
If the item is unopened and the packaging is undamaged, you can return your order within 14 days of purchase.
If you find missing items or damaged packaging, please send photos and videos—we will try to resolve the issue promptly.
We recommend inspecting packages upon receipt and visually checking the items for missing parts or defects, as packaging may become deformed during shipping.

If the item does not suit you, you may refuse to accept it.

IN WHICH CASES CAN WE ACCEPT A RETURN:

  • you received a product of substandard quality;
  • the contents of the package do not match the order;
  • the product packaging is damaged;
  • the product has not been used and shows no signs of use;
  • the original packaging and contents are intact;
  • the product was purchased on the acnelab.eu website

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE A PRODUCT:

Send us an email to hello@acnelab.eu, in which:

  • describe the situation;
  • attach a photo showing the defect;
  • include the subject line: “Return.”

Be sure to keep the packaging; otherwise, we will not be able to process an exchange or return. We will contact you within 3 business days of receiving your request and offer a solution to the problem.

REFUNDS
